By using Genesis you agree to these terms. Genesis is in private early access and provided “as is” while we build it.
Genesis lets you create a personal AI assistant and optionally connect your own accounts (Google, WhatsApp) so it can help you. You keep ownership of what you create and the data you connect.
You’re responsible for activity under your account. Sign in with a Google account you control, and don’t use Genesis to break the law or others’ rights.
If you connect Google, you grant Genesis read-only access to your Gmail and Calendar to power your assistant. Genesis never sends messages or changes your data without your explicit instruction. You can disconnect at any time.
Your assistant is powered by AI and can be wrong. Don’t rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions without checking. You’re responsible for anything you choose to send or act on.
Don’t use Genesis to harass, deceive, infringe, or harm others, or to process data you don’t have the right to use.
This is early access — features may change, break, or be discontinued, and there’s no guaranteed uptime yet.
To the extent permitted by law, Genesis is provided without warranties, and our liability for any claim is limited. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
